About Us

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, working in the counseling field since 2018.  I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University in 2018, and Bachelor of Science from University of Pittsburgh in 1999.  I love, and am passionate about, my work in the mental health field.

I have worked with a variety of individuals managing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, boundary issues, toxic relationship pattern aftermath, and anger issues just to name a few.  I have worked in dual diagnosis agencies and facilitated groups for SUD’s and mental health.  

“It's not what’s wrong with you, it's what’s happened to you!” I believe that our past plays a significant role in our present. Genetics, environments we grew up in, and life experiences all have ways of creating patterns of thoughts and behaviors.

I pull from CBT, DBT, client centered therapy, motivational interviewing,  mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation to help clients gain awareness, understanding, and tools to move forward from the past.
